Bahahaha, I spent $51 on two 5lb weights, a jump-rope, one of those stretchy elastic things and an exercise ball. & I need walls for my ball. I cannot balance my stomach on that thing to do a push up to save.my.life!!!

My boyfriend, Steve, taught me how to do a proper plank (the easier one where you’re on your on your arms instead of your hands) and OHMYGOD, that shit is tough. I held it for 30 seconds and couldn’t go any longer. That was two days ago. My arms still feel it, lol.
Practice makes perfect.
My sister Michelle & I went for a jog/walk when we got home from K-mart earlier. It was a little less than a mile. She is in WAY better shape than I am, but she’s also one of my motivators. Me & her are doing the Warrior Dash in September together.
I have all the tools & support I need to get into better shape, it’s just the smoking that’s getting to me. Quit date is in 5 days and I really hope I’m successful this time around. I NEED to quit in order to get to where I want my body to be at. I haven’t really cut back all that much which kind of sucks; that’ll be one of my goals within these next few days.
I’m really trying my ass off at making it very clear to everyone around me that I’m not doing this to lose weight. I’m doing this to turn the body fat I have into muscle. The lady at the register at K-mart was like, “This stuff can’t be for you, you’re tiny.” My point exactly woman, I’m tiny. I know there’s muscle in me somewhere, I just need to work at it :)
